Acadia will have a wind shadow until 9am, then the wind will get into the inlet ... Waves very early morning, local wind at 9am...that's the usual when forecast is under 1mHB. but of course there are exceptions.
If I were into wind I would stick with Darrell to get the most waves... he does not waste time when at PR.
I like the forecast as sisters ballenas are mild to high, halibut looks good, airport shows wind, because it is not NE then better waves. 340am has to be 0.8m or better to get ready for 445am. Go halibut bank, Canada website.
