Trident Sports is looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep at their head office in North Vancouver to join their growing Water Sports Division. The right candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about Stand Up Paddling, Windsurfing, Kiteboarding and/or Surfing (ideally all of the above!)
About the Role
The Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep is responsible for assisting customers with product sales, stock availability, technical support, warranties and after order support. The successful candidate has:
• 2+ years of retail or wholesale experience at the customer service level
• Exceptional communication, team building and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Technical knowledge of Stand Up Paddling, Windsurfing, Kiteboarding and/or Surfing
• Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A willingness to go the extra mile to make sure customers’ expectations are consistently met and/or exceeded
• Demonstrated “change management” experience that can take an organization to new structures, processes, or strategic/tactical directions
