My 3 year old DaKine NRG harness has some loose stitching. Took it to the DaKine office in Hood River for repair.
An hour later they phoned to say they had good news, and two pieces of bad news.
Bad news: the harness can't be repaired.
Good news: they can replace it with a 2014 model. I asked how much it would cost. Free. Under warranty.
Bad news: it's not the same color as my old one.

That's sweet. Do you know if they have and locations around vancouver? I have the same issue with my harness
