The SWS is seeking applicants for the position of Spit Club Manager for 2014.
Wage will be commensurate with the successful applicant's experience level.

SWS CLUB MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
The Club Manager (CM) would be responsible for the administration, management and operation of the wind sports facility at the Squamish Spit, as directed by the SWS Board of Directors. This would include:
• Working with the Board to develop and implement Policies, Procedures and Rules at the Spit
• Administration of SWS activities
• Site Management
• Human Resources management
The CM would be a full time position in the summer months during the windsports season, and a part-time position for the months prior to the season. There would also be some part time-work during the week after the close of the season.
