Weather Talk For BC no matter what you ride

$600 - 2 Naish Choppers, 1 Session and 1 Mast

For sale, wanted and promotions

Hey guys,

I'm clearing out the no longer needed gear to make room for upgrades. Here's what I've got on offer:

1x 2012 Naish Chopper XL 2012 (~5.3/5.5m) - "C+" condition (3 small patched up tears in the main panel)

1x 2012 Naish Chopper M 2012 (~4.5m/4.7m) - "B+" condition (no tears, a lot less mileage than the XL)

1x Naish 370 RDM Mast 60% - "B" condition (a bit of usual wear around the boom clamp area)

1x Naish Session 2011 3.7m - "A-" condition. No sessions on it since bought in the Gorge in 2012, it's still pretty pristine.

Sales/sails pitch:

Bought the Choppers and mast new in Hood River back in 2012 ($730 for XL and $690 for M). The big advantage of this quiver is you get a quiver that'll have you covered from 20knots to a big day in Pozo with one mast and one boom (the spacing between the XL and M was pretty perfect for all non-Jericho-summer-day applications locally). Not to mention 370s are so much more convenient to pack than 400s or those pesky 430s.

Absolutely loved these sails, but due to "work pressures" I need to switch my loyalties ;) They survived 3 years of AG-10.5 level abuse, they are solid.

$600 for this set is a steal, so it's a pretty firm offer. With the CAD being so weak, it's never been a better time to buy locally over Hood River. Definitely more than willing to offer test rides up in Squamish. Send me a PM if interested!

Cheers,
Adrien

Hey Adrien, I'm pretty sure you will sell this as a package but if by some chance someone doesn't need the mast I'll take it from you for a fair price. My wife and I share some Choppers but only have one 370 skinny so we have to rig one on a regular diameter mast if we're both sailing.

Did you ever sell this stuff Adrien (I still need a 370 skinny). Also have a brand new 340 Severne 70% carbon that I now don't need. Any chance you could help me trade up to a 370 of the same??
Thanks,
Brian

Hey Brian, I sold everything except the 3.7m Session, that I'm now debating keeping after last Saturday!

I could potentially take that 340 off your hands for a decent price in the coming weeks, though, if the storms keep rolling through - will let you know. Cheers.

OK thanks Adrien. If you come across a clearance 370 skinny let me know too. The 340 is here if you're interested.

I still have this like-new Naish Session 3.7m for $CAD99 on offer. Better than any Hood River deal right now with the exchange rate.

Cheers.
