Surprisingly good morning at Cypress today. Clear blue skies and sunshine on the slopes which had very good corduroy for the first hour. They had received a few cm of snow last evening so all of the trees had a nice coating of white. The snow guns were going all morning.

The conditions were much better than I was expecting. Basically there was full snow coverage and no rocks. There was a thin layer of artificial powder in places near the snow guns. I'll likely return on Monday morning.

Monday night was sugar snow on top of hardpack. At 7:00, the lift line was about 1 minute long. At 8:00, the wait was zero. Good coverage. No rocks.
