Snow Report for first day at Cypress. Only Eagle chair is open with good coverage of man made and natural snow on the 3 runs open ,Jaycee Jay , Mailee Ricker and Panorama . It was a beautiful sunny day . There was a good turn out but after the first hour the lift lines started to build and got quite busy. Also long lines for processing seasons pass holders. I would guess the weekend will be busy . Next possible session will be Monday for me .
Cheers.

Grouse mountain opened today as well. Went up around 5:00. The jib park had some pretty fun rails and boxes. The snow was so icy though!!! Falling hurt a lot

Day 2 at Cypress - Yesterday skiing today snowboarding. 1 hour in crunchy corduroy groomers on Jasey Jay. 1" fresh snow at bottom of Panaroma (skier's left). Left at 10am when crowds rolled in.

Funny how Tony/Leopardskin and I missed each other even though we started at the same time. Difficulty recognizing people without wetsuits.

Beauty of a day at cypress from 9:30 to 2:30. It started getting busy at 10:30 with only one lift open. The snow was better than I was expecting. I was very happy with the condition.
