Anyone know what the current weed situation is like in BBay?

My last session at 3rd Ave was Mon July 20. Lots of weeds. Lucky I had weed fins on my surfboard + 10m. Sadly Francis didn't on his 12m + surfboard so he had lots of trouble keeping upwind. He has since purchased weed fins from Makani Fins
