Gorge and Florence

9-day sessions out of 10 days.

Toys: 8m kite, 3.4 m with 68 L board, 4.0/4.5 with 83 L board.

Places: Event Site, Luhr Jensen, Hatchery, and Florence.

6 days at the Gorge and 3 days at Florence. Florence had some beginner-friendly waves (knee-high to hamster-head high waves) so I was able to practice some down the line with both kite and windsurf. Florence was a change of pace (coming from the Gorge with hundreds of kiters/windsurfers) with only a handful of kiters and windsurfers. Very relaxing pace.

Back at Hood River today having my kite fixed from being ripped in the wave.

Overall I'm happy with the exception of losing my Go Pro in the water, again.

I didn't think I'd have enough strength to sustain 9 day sessions, but I guess I just love this sports!

Gorge blew an avg of 25 knots with max of 35 knots

Florence blew an avg of 20 knots with max of 25 knots.

Lost the first one at White Rock last year and then the 2nd one at Hatchery last Thursday.
