Yes it’s about as far north as you can get in BC, three days drive.

Why skunked? It’s blowing SSE 18-20 but shitty weather for sure.

As forecasted the system quickly rolled through mid-morning and clocked SW. Good timing was paramount. First on the water at 3rd Ave with 8m+surfboard in SSE 18-22. Excellent waist high waves upwind of the boat launch for almost an hour of toe side wave rides. 
Satisfied and about to check out the Ferry Terminal ... then lucky for me Chuck and Cash convinced me to stay and scored yet another hour wave session on 12m+surfboard in SSE 16-18. Fun early afternoon session riding with Jim (14m), Chuck (10m), Cash (10m), Jaryn (12m), Michael (winging) and 2 other kiters.
Beautiful rainbow over Ladner on the way home.
