Is 1.3 to 1.8 sailable at Acadia? If not what was needed?

Mike: There are some example tide shots here. Should be sailable at 1.3 m so long as you are will to walk west of 'upper' Acadia.

Anyone (M) thinking about Point Roberts? Tide is ebbing (bad) but readings at Ferry Terminal are stronger than Acadia.
