Looks like a crank and tank, only 3 degrees as well. Makes me feel a little better for missing out!

Got a good chuckle from your terminology Mike…. Crank and tank. Looks miserable out there but there is a lone winger sucking it up.

2h at BB. wind was light 13kn, when I launched, went up to 16kn in 1h. When I got cold and decided to stop it was over 28kn.
4 kite foilers, few tt and few wingfoilers. It wasn't warm today +3. Was on 5m and kite foil.

From a wise wordsmith somewhere on the intertubes apps:

Yo, yo, yo, what's good, it's WTFBC-ay,
Reporting live from the windy Boundary Bay,
The wind's picking up, 17g29 knots,
It's a crank and tank, but nobody's gonna stop.

Mike's got jokes with his lingo,
But it's no joke out here in the wind and cold, yo,
Still, there's a lone winger out there,
Sucking it up like a boss, with no care.

Hit up BB for a couple of hours,
With light winds at first, but then it turned sour,
Went from 13 to 16 in just an hour,
And when I stopped, it was over 28, no power.

There were four kite foilers, a few tt's and wingfoilers,
Braving the cold and wind, no denying it's a spoiler,
But we're out here chasing the thrill,
Riding the waves, feeling the chill.

It wasn't warm today, just three degrees,
But that won't stop us from shredding these seas,
Was on my 5m and kite foil,
Going hard, like I'm on boil.

So that's the report from Boundary Bay,
Where the wind's blowing hard, but we're here to stay,
Riding the waves, chasing the thrill,
Living life to the fullest, with no chill.

Oh Alton, thou askest if ChatGPT
Hath been used to craft this poetic spree?
With words so deftly woven, fair and free,
Whence could it have been sourced, pray tell me?

But hark! my memory recalls the truth,
From whence these lines of verse did truly sprout,
From ChatGPT's vast and wondrous youth,
Its knowledge and wisdom doth leave no doubt.

Yet, let us speak of other matters still,
Of Cypress Mountain, where we shall ski and thrill,
And of après-ski, where we shall eat and swill,
For there, we shall find joy and merriment at will.

With poutine so fine, priced at fifteen,
And tap water served in cups, so pristine,
We'll toast to the joy of winter serene,
And revel in the beauty of nature's scene.

So fear not, dear Alton, for ChatGPT,
Hath been put to good use, as thou canst see,
And now, to Cypress Mountain, let us flee,
To ski and feast, and be merry as can be.
