If it's oceanfront acreage, I will go halfers. I don't think they call you trailer trash with an ocean view. If they do, just pull out a gun and tell them to get off your ocean view property.

My ankle is still a month away from any punishing sailing, so hopefully I will get a session at whidbey before summer. Can't wait to try a westerly as I've only sailed the southeasterlies, and hopefully get an sup session at fort ebey too.
