Say you're 65kg then and 80, 74 probably ok if you find it easy to float over white water, should be good. Also remember there are hookipa down the line type boards with too much rocker, for general conditions better to have an onshore type board that planes easily.

I have 68L and potentially 74L which match the 10 to 15 L + (58.2 kg +/- 2kg depends on how much baconator I had or TOW on a week) formula you've got. I'm all set then
