Why does it seem that many of the storms roll through at night? Does it have something to do with the solar enhancamatized nocturnolisticizeation of the bohemian cumulous equinox?

I'm also wondering that... is it bad luck or is there actually something in the temperature variations that plays in? I'd assume with a big storm front like the one that just came in it's more about luck....

Dusk patrol anyone? I don't think there are too many logs at Jericho and it's houling :?

I'm not really sure why but I think this one is bad luck. Last year we had a storm like this blow in the day and it was almost un-sailable. Check out Saturna, think I'll take the SUP down to the beach in the morning if there's no wind.

Yeah, I'm not really feeling this one either... with a little luck there'll still be something at Jericho tomorrow.

I think I may put together a wind skate for tonight .........

Check out the Tsawwassen sensor: 31 gusting to 51 knots.... Need to be 250 lbs on a sub 8 foot Gorge board with a 2.8m to sail right now. Would have loved to have seen the waves down at Lily Point or even Lighthouse Park in Point Roberts! Maybe there will be something left for dawn patrol tomorrow morning.

For reference in the coming hours, this is what Windonthewater was showing just now (3:15am). A bit more green than 2 hours ago, unfortunately, but there may still be some hope for a short dawn session..
