Hey Alton,
Remember the anemometer for Saturna sits on a 60 foot high steel tower on top of a 560 foot high ridge line............much windier up there compared to the surface

At least the Vancouver Island crew got some. Check out the BWD saillog. Windsurfish got FIVE hours. It was painful watching the Columbia Beach webcam.
