Can anyone give an OSR for 3rd, terminal or cresent this afternoon? Wind on the water looks promising.

Boundary Bay looks a little light, 11g14 knots right now. I was thinking about it but I'll wait and see if it goes up a bit. Might be alright for kiting though.

On shore SW at terminal. About 12 knots
