I think it's 0.7m (at noon) for Acadia sandbars. Maybe 1m for Dog Beach?

Classic westerly around here . Forecast seems optimistic so I'd be surprised if there wasn't decent wind on the way.... Having said this, i guess having foil gear is a good idea.

Dont lose faith; its typical for the westerly to take a bit of time to push into english bay in the morning and overcome the night land breeze. Airports good right now and jerichos kicking in . Or it could just fizzle.

My prediction: There may be light wind, medium wind, or heavy wind. There may also be skunkage.
