Both Maurice and myself made it onto the water yesterday out of Nexen. Late start (around 2:30pm). I was on 7.0 with my 24" Roberts and Maurice was on 7.5 with is Mistral Slalom board. We had a blast up by the cliff doing speed runs. We ended up having about 1.5 hrs of TOW. Looking forward to the next session.

Cloudy SW 15-25 with some holes and gusts. Got some rides on my 10m kite before it got light after 2pm. Dave/C36 got some rides windsurfing on 6.0/110L.

I think Wednesday will be similar to today. I'm thinking of heading up myself ... weather permitting of course.

Oh great leader! How benevolent of you to allow jet-girl the honour of your presence!

Jet-girls are the best. Just like the good old days when I was learning windsurfing waterstarts.

Forecast looking good for tomorrow. Essex and I are looking to make an early start and get there before 12. Hopefully if it starts inflowing early, we can score some low-tide, flat-water joy. Low tide is at 11:15am.

Today (Wed) was super steady SW 20+ 1pm-2:30pm then dropping to SW 15 afterwards. One of my best kite sessions this season - 2 hours on 10m kiter.

Many thanks to Cash for lending me his high wind twin tip (135x41) to confirm that my smaller twin tip is the main reason I'm struggling to keep upwind ... feeling better now.

Next Squamish sessions are looking like Thursday (strong then gusty), Sunday (50% chance) and Monday onwards.
