Early start at Tsawwassen terminal. Wind was 16kn almost on shore. Kitefoil from 10:30 till 13:30 on 7m. It was great session.it was a little rainy, cloudy and even sunny.
Had tt session for 30 min.
Foil with Luke, 6 wingfoilers, 4 kiters on tt. When I was leaving wind went up to 25kn and Jan switched from 10m to 8m.

I thought that might be you. Had a slow start, went to 3rd first but too SW leaving a big wind shadow. Went to the terminal, realized I forgot my wing screws at home. :( Thought for sure I was going to miss it but it actually worked out well. Wind had picked up nicely by the time I got back and I ended up sailing for 2.5 hours. Great practice session with not much for waves, I worked on duck jibes and tacks. Made a few duck jibes, my third one felt great, lots of power throughout the turn. Didn't make any tacks but I must have tried about 20, was getting really close at the end. Both heel and toe side. Fun session but lots of debris at the end so I called it a day!

Wish I had joined you guys at the Ferry Terminal. I thought White Rock would blow SW. Instead, it blew a gusty SSE 18-25 which is a terrible wind/wave angle. Got worked on both 12m and 8m pounding head on into the A-shaped waves on a strapless surfboard.

On the bright side, I probably burned a ton of calories today after 3 hours of pounding. Pretty big turn out by the White Rock regulars.

Not bad wind but clean sets of waves at South Chesterman. 3 kiters + 3 windsurfers. Not epic as I thought it would be but hopefully tomorrow .
