My recent observation is that reads higher than what's it is at 3rd or Centennial (based on my car sensor). Having said that, it's a good sign.

The sensor just came back on line and it's showing 8 degrees. It's 7 degrees at my house so I'd say that's close as it's usually a little warmer at the beach.
