Furry creek or Porteau Cove could be good.
Unfortunately going to be cold in the morning around 3C

Going tomorrow to Furry Creek. Plan is to be there at 8am.
Shan is another windsurfer joining.
Wouldn't go by myself.

Great session today at Furry Creek.
Started at 8am on 4.8 20-22kn, temp 5c, fingers got cold. At 10am wind went up we rigged down 4.2 for another 2h, way overpowered. Swell got bigger, waist high. It felt and looked like strong Gorge day.

Low tide this morning we launch right where parking and central entrance.

Joined by wingfoiler later at 10am.

Shan was on 5.0 and 4.0 later on 86l.

On a way back stopped at Porteau Cove, was windy there as well.

Went to Jericho right after to score kitefoil session on 9m.

Double session lots of fun and a sun.

Lovely pictures. It looks pretty great. Any reason why nobody kites there?

There is no great kite launch there. It could be doable today with low tide. But if you dropped it there are barnicles everywhere on shore.

Outflow looks good for Furry now, maybe Porteau cove easier for launching kites ? Looks like you better have good mitts and booties as it is cold wind. I do envy wind surfer and wingers for their abilities to launch practically anywhere.

Heading out to Porteau Cove, should be there by 11. Couldn't get out yesterday and not missing this one out!
