Wait until the wind switches a bit south? I do remember being at BB last fall and the wind clocked east and we had some fun ripping along the beach. I may just use the windfoil at Jericho though. The webcam isn't showing much wind there either.

Fun day on a water. From 11:30 till 4pm. When I finished Michael, Dave and Craig went out and it was 30kn, switched to SSE from E.

Caught the 12-2pm ESE 20-25g30 session on 8m+surfboard. Thanks to Shahab for reporting the waves were cleaning up. Fun catching wave rides with Chuck up by the boat launch.

Didn't catch the late afternoon (4-6pm) session due to commitments this evening. I'm sure the waves were great.

Caught the 4-6 shift. Wind finally arrived, had to rig down from 5.3 to 4.3 but could have been on a 3.7. Waves got really choppy at the end though. Nice warm up for tomorrow.
Thanks for the pictures Dmitry.

Gamble. Variable forecast kept me close to home. Second hedge waiting for afternoon SE. Both seemed to work out OK. Drove through a rain squall to arrive to SE but wind tanked. Rigged while it decided what it was going to do. Tried out 4.5/92 and almost came in for bigger gear, but was soon flattening the sail out. Sun popped out and the almost caused sensory overload. Afternoon shift made for some happy customers.

I picked the worst 2 hours of the day and caught the tank and switch to SE followed by gusty up and down winds. Then when I called it quits it picked up and the sun came out.
