Sweet, the wind just kicked in here at sunset. Boundary Bay looked awesome on the webcam, full of white caps and the setting sun.
Reminds me, I got a nice picture of you and I think it's Mike last weekend.

Actually smells more like a 9m day now.

Hoping for a repeat of last Sunday ... especially when the sandbars are exposed the breaking waves outside of Centennial are awesome.

Sandbars start appearing around 1pm today

Osr centennial try 2 (weak connection).

Very south so hard to say. Possible 5.3 with a little shlog out as of present.

What a session! I almost packed it in but saw Dave getting some rides so decided to try one more time. Walked out a ways and I could feel the wind filling in. Kept walking until I was finally able to get going and then it was on! Best big gear session I've had in a long time. 5.3 102L was perfect and the waves..... sweet!!!! Glad Alton and Chuck came down to join us windsurfers in the fun. Like Chuck said, Unicorns everywhere! Stoke levels were high with lots of smiles on the beach, classic spring Boundary Bay!

Epic day on 9m+surfboard in SSE 18-24 from 9am to 2pm. Paced myself with short lunch breaks during the lulls. The noon climax (when sandbars started exposing) satisfied my insatiable urge for huge supple waves - clean chest high waves with glassy sections perfect for cranking bottom turns and toe side rides.

So much fun sharing the waves with Chuck and all the windsurfers ... gotta do this again ... Sunday?
