Sunday looks good for another S-SE session. Estimated speeds of 25-35mph down at Whidbey and Locust with lighter and later winds locally. The surface trough of low pressure is forecast to swing through around noon on Sunday. Should be good timing for the winds. I would say there's about a 75% chance of 40mph+ gusts on Sunday at Locust and Whidbey. The latest 48hr pressure tendency charts show the gradients really tightening along the surface trough. NOAA, NWS and EC should be upgraded to Gale Warnings by tomorrow night for Sunday.
Cheers,
Chris
