Just ordered a couple of kites from MacKite and only got 1 of them.
The surfboard and another kite and bar --- all missing.

Personally I have had an excellent track record with them, to the point of being a fan (mainly have dealt with Tucker). There been a few screw ups, but it's been resolved very fairly. I'd wait til it's resolved til you slam them in the ratings.
