board inserts

I'm looking to move my foot hook on my foil board forward from where the current mounting holes are.
Any suggestions on how to add in inserts to a foil board? I am currently riding a slingshot dwarf craft 4'6". any thoughts if these stick on options are durable enough?

I would suggest you try the rear hook instead. I ride a DC 4-6 as well and with my 1600 sqcm wing the front strap inserts are useless.

I'm very happy with a single rear hook though, it provides just enough control to help with water starts and then it's out of your way once you are up and riding.

Tried the hook in the rear this morning-undecided if its my thing

most rearward position on the foil board for a strap or hook-it is essentially like riding strapless IMHO-as you get so little assistance for water starts. Might try the hook reversed in the most forward position to see if thats any better.
