Day 45 - Groomer day. Some hero some crap. Got tracked out pretty quickly. No usual suspects and no crowds.

Day 46 - Another 65% crappy groomer day (firm) skiing with LeopardSkin (snowboarding). Wait times got long just before 10am.

Day 47 - Mix of flurries and drizzle. 3cm of fresh. Combination of floaty and sticky on skis. Should have brought my snowboard instead.

you don't bring both and play it by ear? don't ski but i always bring at least two boards.

was a fun morning up there. go soaked but slush + no lines = stoked. i look for the rainy days this year.

It's hard to tell which board to use from the parking lot ... so I commit to either skiing or snowboarding before leaving home based on the web cam. I only know the true conditions after first tracks ... by that time it's too late to return to the car and switch boards

wild. top lot with ravens open i often do two boards in session just for giggles (and will of course switch if i made a bad call), though i suppose i don't have to change boots. figured that was standard practice for the wind guys and your array of wind catching devices.

that said, always pack a do-it-all (okish) board in case i'm in the bottom lots and need to commit without knowing what i'm getting.

Excellent afternoon of Spring skiing with my family, to celebrate Easter Monday. Arrived at 1130 am just as the snow softened and enjoyed spring corn snow everywhere.
We made the most of Raven’s last day: all the bump runs were in excellent shape and it was inspiring watching a mogul team train on First Sun. My favourite run was Black on Black, with soft mid-sized moguls. Lineups at Raven were 10 minutes or less for most of the afternoon.
Finished on Sky and Lions chairs with great conditions down Top Gun and Slash. Spring skiing at its best!

Day 48 - Excellent soft groomer conditions this morning for skiing under sunny sky. Only 3 days left until closing day.

You are hard core. I put my board away when the corns started to show up. Waxed all the board and in storage. I do have a new board showing up on Friday... will need to wax that to. I guess my season is still on.
