I had a fantastic session Monday night from 6:30 to 8:30.
Early (before the tide line brought the Fraser river water) the bumps were great from in front of the launch down to where the reflections off RVYC start.

Once the tide line killed those bumps there were nice rollers coming around the first dolphin and standing up a bit over the sandbank

If you are struggling to flag out and ride the bumps I highly suggest riding a bigger front wing. Last night I was on my go to for our weak bumps, my Takoon Pump Pro 1750 13 AR 151 span and it was perfect. Second session riding it with my 50 sqcm stab and it was amazing (after struggling with that stab the first session). The 50 just lights up this front wing, so agile, so much glide, no tolerance for sloppy pumping.
