Judging by the gear, I'm guessing late 1980s, although the captions suggest 1990s.

Amazing. I recognize Gary and Bill. There's a guy who resembles Doug. I wonder if most of these guys are kiting or wing foiling now.

That is awesome! I was around in the period of the photos, which would have been the mid to late 90s for me. I seem to remember the fence going up... it caused turbulence that was worse than without as I recall - made sails a real handful near the fence. I think they removed alternate wood 1x8? to ameliorate at some point.

I sailed a 6.5 (world sail iirc) then at some point later a 7.5 Sailworks Retro. The board I was told was a John Parton bought used in Hood River, probably was a development board as it had no significant graphics. Can't remember much about the board except it was light and fragile and all white.

I was there then - remember the trailer & the Fence
Company i worked for donated Lumber & I put a lot up.
People kept burning it for firewood on weekends.
