I decided to give it a try and build foil board.
Instead of shaping myself from dyvincell I bought pre shaped from clearwatersports. Price is very similar and saved lots of work.

Dimensions:
2'11" (89cm) length
16" (40cm) width
12 Liters Volume
5lbs (2.2kg) weight

Construction:
EPS core, wooden foil mount - 1kg

Bottom +600g:
-6oz carbon patch on foil mount
-6oz carbon strip from nose to tail
-6oz carbon
-10oz fiberglass
-4oz fiberglass

Top +600g:
-6oz carbon
-10oz fiberglass
-4oz fiberglass

Total weight 2.3kg

Hopefully not going to be to small for my skill level and will not break after couple sessions.
