Where to park at 1st ave boat ramp

The boat ramp on 1st Ave seems to have maybe two or three parking spots judging by google street view. I'm looking around, and the streets are small and don't have a defined curb or other on-street parking. Are there places where you can actually park on the street, besides that small parking lot? I see some houses have gravel in front of them but I can't tell if it's part of their private property or if I could park there... How do you do it there?

Yes you can park there. There are a few other spots, you just have to look around.
