For JWSP, I parked in the free parking just outside the park. I walked 100ft North to the grass picnic area (visible from gravel lot). It is the perfect size to rig lines, and there are lots of places to attach a self launch tool.

I've lived on and around Whidbey for several years and I've never seen waves breaking anywhere on the Island like that.
All Island breaks are very short rides on close inshore reefs (Fort Ebey) or wind swell off a point (Deception).

I've seen bigger waves in past videos

second video looks like the Oregon coast, true.
