Another test

This time not so light wind. Scored a few hours out at the ferry terminal with winds gusting to 24 knots. I'm glad it picked up as I didn't have my 5M wing and had to use the 3.5. Which was perfect for trying out the new WR 980 with the S380 stab and 653 fuse. It's a very different feel from my surf style wings but fast and glides nicely. It's going to take me a few sessions to get used to it. Wind was mostly around 18 to 20 knots and I could ride the 3.5/72L combo no problem. With the 5M wing this rig would also be a good light wind set up.
