Tough call. I’m thinking the “groomers” will be bulletproof this morning but maybe improve midday if it warms up a bit.
It looks like the wind is dropping at Jericho already.

Day 11 - Fun morning snowboarding with Clay and Doug (who were skiing) under sunny sky. Bill was there too.

Smooth groomers were hard packed but still good for sharp edges. Sun started to soften groomers at the higher elevations on the Fork, Panorama and Collins. Lower Collins was full of ice balls earlier but it is probably good now.

Brian - I recommend you head up now as conditions should have soften by now.

I stayed until about noon. It’s dumping snow up there and conditions were improving as the morning progressed. Bring it on!

Opened season at Cypress. Went for night skiing from 5 till 8:30. Lots of powder may be about 15-20cm, but I had to go under the rope.
