My last day foiling this summer. If you can get out behind a boat it really helps improve your wing foiling skills! Looking forward to fall sessions with everyone!

I don’t understand how you are keeping afloat. You’re not getting pulled. Good job btw.

Thanks! Once you are on the foil the push from the wave keeps you going. It's just finding the right balance, if you go too far ahead it's not enough, too high on the wave and it's too much, also pumping to generate some speed when you need it. It's a super fun way to get used to the foil!
