To whoever let go of their bar at 4th ave and hit my neighbours in the back of the head last month.
Just a reminder that incident like this should be handle with the most due care. Apologies are good but going the extra miles is probably better.
She told me that she was quite disappointed with the fellow who did that and perhaps he should've leave his contact information or check on her.
She's still in quite a bit of pain.
She refused to make a complaint to the City didn't want to jeopardize our kite access to Boundary Bay.
