Unexpected fun day at Jericho. Started on the parawing but was soon overpowered, switched to the 5.2 wing and had a blast riding swell. Angus, looking forward to hearing how your parawing session was and what gear you were using.

Nice score and wish I could have been there. That fast moving downwind big swell is compelling. From the little I've worked it, it seems too fast to flag the wing so still figuring it out.

Yeah, it was way better than I had expected, solid 20g25 on the outside for a while with some chest high sets moving through.

I was on my Takoon Pump Pro 1350 w 75 stab. A bit overfoiled on the outer half and then a bit underfoiled on the inner half. It's always a compromise with Spanish Banks bumps.

Simon was on his Takoon Pump Pro 1750 / 100 stab and I was very impressed with how well he was holding it down in the bigger stuff. He is a good bit heavier than me though.

I only brought my 4.7m Frigate with me as I was expecting a mellow 15 knot day. I would have swapped to my 3.5m Frigate had I had it with me, but the 4.7m was still manageable.
