Super gnarly condition at South Chesterman Beach today. NW 25-30 knots bluebird sky, 4 windsurfers + 1 kiter. Waves from 4-8 feet high. Some holes and then super gust made it super mean condition for me. Super beaten up with my 3.7m /74L board.
Waves did not come in clean sets like I was used to but rather messy so no surfer for the first time ever I’ve been in that beach.
I’m still trying to figure out when Tofino gets epic wind, but I think the 2 days in a row of SE winds at CB made way for a clearing NW wind at Tofino.
Oh and the highway 4 construction is 99 % done just probably painting the middle line is what’s left to do.
