Tide looks really low though, would there be enough water to windsurf or foil?

Most foilers launch at Locarno. Close to pier water is deep, no long walk.
Going upwind at low tide don't come too close to beach. Ones I crashed a jibe and it was waist deep, had to walk to get to deeper water.

Last year at an Acadia session I saw a couple of wingers past the marker (in the deep water at low tide) riding waves flagged out ... it was then that I finally realized why wingers wing ... so they can ride waves without it

You have PTSD from Centennial. Tides don't matter much, launch from the parking lot west of the Jericho Sailing Club, just need to wade out a little ways til it drops off.

My car is loaded with Foiling gear!

I was hoping to wing up at Acadia, I'll check it out hopefully there's enough water. If not I might see you at Jericho.

Kite launching at Acadia should be good between 1:30 and 5:30 today.

Not sure how doable this is for wingers but if you launch at Acadia and wade / swim west you get to deeper water pretty quick. Trouble is that is directly in to the wind so might be hard work. Might be better than the 3 km upwind journey to get there from the Pier though.
