Sailing Tsawwassen

I have the next three weeks of work and I am looking to put my old skool longboard in the van to try out new venues (Jericho is my limited experience)
I've never sailed Tsawwassen before and would like to give it a go.
If anyone is heading there in the next couple of weeks and wouldn't mind showing the lay of the land (sea) in exchange for some beer:) it would be appreciated.

Also if there are other recommendations on where to sail , it would be appreciated.

This one is particular is for Boundary Bay (Tsawwassen).
