I took this night-time pic September 10, 1995, around 3:00 am. It was a full moon.
I handheld a 35mm SLR in my right hand, which was in the Bulb setting. I panned the camera following the rider.
I held my flash with my left hand. When the rider was in range, I manually flashed it.
