What the..... I saw a feeble forecast with some possibly but not this. Just as well I'm not there I guess as very low tide so I would have walked out a kilometer and got destroyed with too big a kite. On the webcam I see some more lucky liters out.

Epic fail! Long walk out, slog, long walk back. Hey Alton for some reason my OSRs by phone aren't posting?

I was "virtually there.". That is, sitting in my backyard watching the webcam. I saw one windsurfer walking back that must have been you. Kiters further north seemed ok?

That was me, took my 5.3/80l as it was cranking when I rigged but not enough by the time I got out there. Chuck was having fun in the waves on his 10M and surfboard.

First on the water at 1pm with 12m+surfboard. Waves were disorganized at first then started to clean up as the wind ramped up. Fun riding waist high waves until the 12m was too big for SSE 25. Decided to switch to 9m but by the time I returned to the water I barely had enough wind to waterstart.

Otherwise, what a great way to end the week :D
