Looks to be ramping up. ~15knots right at the water line and a lot more whitecaps.

Really fun out there but would need to rig down to my 4.2 to go back out. Waves were waist to chest high on the outside with 10-15meters smooth sections between. A few multi-link turns.

Mike's windsurfing so that tells you how good it is out there. A great late March day although it's early Feb!

Here are a few pics from this morning.

Bit of a late start than forecasted but worth the wait at Tim Hortons. Excellent waist high waves in steady SSE 20-25 on 8m+surfboard in balmy warm temperatures from 10am-noon. Waves became disorganized towards noon. Good kiter turn out with plenty of wingers and windsurfers too.

A windsurf session was set in my mind so I went to Centennial even though iwindsurf showed tanking wind as I arrived. I recongnized and was surprised to see Darrel doing so well so I guess there was something. Decided to give 5.3 sail and 86L board a go and find out. Rewarded with solid wind for 2 hours and some nice waves. Nice to see Darrel, John and Kate launching off Centennial. There were other windsurfers launching from the changeroom area. Seemed like there should have been more :)
