Looks like we have some promising SE/SSE forecasts for Wednesday and Thursday. Looks a little mixed on timing but hopefully it doesn't end up as night wind.

Got 0.5 hrs on 8m+surfboard in SSE 25 before it tanked again. Mostly disorganized waves so had to hunt for some good ones for some sweet frontside rides.

Hoping tomorrow (Thursday) will be better.

What a mental day!!! Alternating between 8m+surfboard to 5m+surfboard then back to 8m then back to 5m. Surprising waves in ESE wind wasn't as choppy as expected. Caught a few nice wave rides as wind ramped up and clocked SSE. Had to downsize to 5m but never imagined I'd be overpowered in SSE 35g40. Ramped were steep combined with excessive speed meant strapless surfboard flew off my feet. Struggled to return to 3rd Ave ... instead finished with a pleasant downwinder to Centennial. Thank you Brad for landing my 5m kite.

Nice to see winger/kiter Jaryn windsurfing the gear he inherited from Dan Sullivan.

Well the wind did drop again after I left to go to Centennial. However, I didn't notice as the wind was back up on arrival, albeit with more east in it. Start 9M kite & SB but quickly changed to 7M. Later I started sensing over powered and decided to give windsurf a go. Was rewarded with the wind ramping up and shifting to SSE with some nice waves. I was lit with the 3.7 sail and 86L board. It got really real with the pelting rain (one contact gone I later noticed). I think I did my last run with Dave (C36) so I can say I finally rejoined the windsurfers for at least part of a session.
