Thursday appealed to everyone at Nexen. If you like 5 knots, it was there for you. If you prefer 25 knots, you also had fun.

I was a slow start but lucky for me I was first to demo the 2025 12m DuoTone Evo in SW 12-14 for the first hour before switching back to my go-to 8m North Carve in SW 16-18. Fantastic day of steady wind.

Great to see familiar faces at Nexen from my windsurfing days ... Greg, Caroline, Massimo, Dmitry and AJ.

Windsurfed from Nexen to the spit then to my surprise there was a Duotone kite demo so got to try out 9m Evo. Super fun in boosting.

Nice private “veranda” at Nexen with the Ing family

Felt nostalgic about the good old days at Jericho when the Jericho windsurfers showed up at Nexen today.

Patchy SW 20-25 on 8m+surfboard ... still fun cranking gybes.

Nice to see AJ and Bernie at Nexen.
