Looking like some wind Sat afternoon. Too bad about the high tide and awkward direction.

Looks like decent conditions for north shore. Be great to see some other folks launching from Stearman on a SE’ly

Hey Alton, where can we ride on SSE wind ? Looks like it’s coming in.
Got shnooked yesterday though saw 2 wingers at Ambleside later in the afternoon and a number of people got out in Squamish. Sadly, I wasn’t one of them. :(

Ferry Terminal is your best bet. I'm might check out 3rd Ave first after I finish snowboarding at Cypress

Great session today at Ferry Terminal. Wind was better than yesterday. Very stable 16kn, then picked up to 26kn.
There are still some weeds, not too much but enough to affect the foil, crashed few times. Swell got better when wind picked up. Stopped around 1:30 when got overpowered on 5m.
10 tt, few kite foilers and probably 5 wings.

Got to the terminal around 11. Two kite foilers out, one clearly struggling with weeds. Saw(one legged) Phil so we decided to go to Centennial
2 wingers were out. I wasn’t feeling it but hung around to launch Phil and ended up going out after all. A few more kiters showed up. (Alton)
I was on my 12 and was way over powered but sucked it up for a brief ride. Would have stayed out a bit longer but I’m a big league wimp about landing there so took advantage of a winger to land me. Surprised there weren’t more people out. Clearly they were all at the terminal. Happy to get out.

I tried my luck at the ferry terminal, got on the water around 3 or 3:15. 720 wing with a 3.7. Lots of power but found the conditions to be too difficult for me to really take advantage of. I would have been better off with a b&j board, weed fin and a 4.2.
