Quite a few out today at the terminal. Strong wind but a bit gusty. Nice afternoon in the sun.

Way better than expected at Locarno. With low expectations my only intention was to try out my new (to me) kite foil. Pumped 12m ... then it got too windy ... pumped 8m ... then it got really windy ... so I aborted the foiling plan ... and instead jumped on my surfboard (with 8m) and darted up from Locarno to Acadia to enjoy some sweet shoulder high rollers. Returned to Locarno as wind eased off ... and finally attempted waterstarting my foil ... not much luck so next time I'm going to try a rear foot strap (already have front foot strap) and waterstart faster.

Returned to 8m+surfboard for a final ride before calling it a day.

Over 3 hrs on 8m+surfboard in WNW 25-30 then 20-25 ... pretty sweet surprise.

Got in an hour and a half before the wind got too light for the 3.5 Slick.
Almost made a few tacks, got the slick boom right in the face on one. Brought the wing too far forward and it got back winded. Tried a few 360s but failed. Spent a lot of time in the water today. :D
