Winged at the terminal for a few hours. Super gusty but nice to be out in the sun. Got to use the 3.5 Slick today, it was just windy enough at times but it did not like the lulls. Great one handed sailing switch, super nice way to ride, but was too much work to get going when the wind backed off. Came in to rig up to the 5.0 then discovered a nice crack in my board. Went for a tack and the board flipped on it's side, I feel off and my elbow came down on the rail and cracked it. Hope the next generation of wing boards are stronger.

Better the board is cracked than your elbow

Great session at Jericho today on 7m and kitefoil. Wind was stronger at a start probably over 22kn, had to stay downwind close or behind a pier and fully depowered. Swell wasn't great today. But had a good chance to test my new front wing and it worked very well.
Lots of people on a water today.

Double session !!! Snowboard at Cypress then kitesurfing at Locarno. 12m+surfboard in W 20-22 under warm sunny sky with the usual Jericho chop. Good turn out ... mainly foilers (kite, wing and wind foilers).

We've got 15 knot forecast, low tide, and 10 degrees. What's not too promising about that???
