Perfect timing (for me). Looks like it will last. Hopefully stays put and actually delivers.

Another glorious day (~25 - 27 knots SE) at CB today with 3.7m / 75 L quad. CB is awfully clean compared to Bbay -- we have no weeds and logs -- perhaps due to Georgia strait. So no need for weed fin.

Nice day to warm up today for Thursday NW at South Chesterman.

Another fun evening session! Light at first but picked up quickly. 5.0 got a little hard to handle at the end especially as the waves picked up. There were some really steep ramps out from the boat launch, hard to ride making for a few nasty crashes but I got a couple of really nice ones today! Alton and I were talking about the waves being more on shore today and they weren't as clean as a classic Centennial day but still fun. Less debris today but still too much for me to take Johnny's 80L board for a test drive. Thanks for the offer Johnny, glad you joined me, that was fun riding together!

Sweet afternoon at 3rd Ave :D

Early afternoon was SSE 16-22 so alternated between 12m+surfboard and 8m+surfboard. Late afternoon to dark was the best. Steady SSE 20-25 with cleaner waves perfect for 8m.

Makani weed fins were excellent. Zero drag and so easy to pinch upwind well past the boat launch.

This should tie me over while you guys enjoy Wednesday and Thursday without me

Hoping for a revenge session when I return on Saturday
